Phone numbers, socials, and addresses are blocked. Red flags go straight to our safety team.
Private by default
Teens show a first name, last initial, and town. Exact addresses are shared only after hiring.
How it works

- 2Turn on "Looking for work" and list your skills.
- 3Apply to jobs near you, chat in the app, get paid.
For homeowners
- 1Pass a quick ID and background check.
- 2Post a job with the pay, time, and town.
- 3Hire a teen. Pay is held until the job's done.

Each category has a minimum age. Anything hazardous is blocked before it's posted.
For parents
You're in control, from day one.
Your teen's account stays off until you approve it. After that, you see what they see and decide what they take on.
